Privacy Policy

tPal, by Brone2 Creations · Latest update: September 05, 2026

tPal is an AI chat app. This page explains what data the app handles and why. The two sections right below cover the calendars you can connect; the full policy follows.

Google Calendar

If you connect Google Calendar, tPal uses Google's Calendar API with your permission to (1) create one calendar named "tPal" in your Google account and keep your tPal plans on it up to date, and (2) read the events on the calendars you allow, for the next two weeks, so that tPal can plan around your existing commitments when you ask it to.

To produce its replies, tPal sends the relevant calendar events, together with your message, to our AI provider (OpenAI) as part of generating that reply; that data is used only to generate your response and is not used by OpenAI to train models. tPal does not store your Google Calendar events on its servers, does not sell or share them with advertisers or data brokers, and does not use them for advertising.

You can disconnect Google Calendar at any time in tPal's Plans settings, which stops all access; you can also revoke tPal's access at myaccount.google.com/permissions.

tPal's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Apple Calendar

If you connect Apple Calendar, tPal reads and writes calendar events on your device through Apple's EventKit framework, with the permission you grant in iOS. tPal writes only to a calendar it creates (named "tPal") and reads the calendars you allow so it can plan around your existing events. Calendar data stays on your device except for the events tPal includes in a message to our AI provider to answer what you asked. You can disconnect at any time in tPal's Plans settings or in iOS Settings.
